Philosophising

Question: If you do the wrong thing for all the right reasons, is it still wrong? It isn't really a question of the ends justifying the means. More a question of if something is wrong according to society but it is done to achieve a positive outcome, is it still the wrong thing to do?

Been thinking about how to phrase my thoughts on this, and I believe this is the best I can put it: It matters not what society says. Society often dubs things "right" and "wrong" not by morality but by popularity. If your heart tells you it is right, then it is right and nobody can tell you otherwise. As Morticia Addams said, "What is normal for the spider is chaos to the fly;" What is right to one may not be right to another.
